Dr. Erin Donald, Gateway CERH Chair of Equity and Access to Rural Palliative Care, will be discussing their research into “Building a community coalition for life-limiting illness in Huron-Perth.”

They are joined by Willie Van Klooster, Executive Director of the Huron Hospice.
