On Saturday, September 19, our first-ever United We Ride motorcycle rally will make its way across Huron County, ending at Grand Bend, Stirling Sands Vineyards.
But you definitely don’t need a motorcycle to join this part! In fact, I won’t be arriving on one either. 😉
From 4–8 pm, we’re opening the doors and inviting our friends, supporters, community partners, past sponsors and local leaders to join us for our Huron Kick Off Celebration.
It’s a chance to gather around the table, enjoy a great buffet dinner, bid on some fantastic silent auction items, take a chance on the raffle and enjoy live music from Huron County’s very own, Country Junction — who, despite the name, play a little bit of everything!
And somewhere in amongst all that fun, we’ll officially kick off our 2026–27 United Way campaign in Huron County.
We’ll share a few updates on the work your support has helped make possible, what we’re seeing and hearing in our communities, some of the plans we’re pretty excited about for the year ahead and of course our goal announcement.
