Refuge Therapy
Refuge Therapy provides both in-person and virtual psychotherapy and family mediation services in Huron and Perth County and across Ontario. Tom Roes is a registered social worker who works with individuals, couples, and families who are looking for help with anxiety, depression, stress related issues, challenges related to adoption and foster care, relationship conflict, life changes, grief and loss, ADHD, Autism, and other mental health challenges. He works with all ages from 5 to 105. Tom has also trained as a family mediator to help couples who are separating or divorcing to come to agreement on parenting plans as well as division of property and other financial questions. Tom grew up on a dairy farm in Perth County and understands the unique benefits and challenges that rural communities experience. He is an experienced foster and adoptive parent.
