After enduring everything from a tornado and a global pandemic to inflation spikes and recession scares, we think it’s high time to bring business folks together for a mix of brain teasers and physical feats, sprinkled with laughter and a dash of competitive spirit at the Corporate Challenge!

In 2023, the Huron Chamber of Commerce and Engage Goderich teamed up with title sponsor Royal LePage Heartland Realty to resurrect the Corporate Challenge after a 30-odd year hiatus. With the resounding success of last year’s event, we’ve teamed up again to present the 2024 Royal LePage Heartland Realty Corporate Challenge!

Join us on Friday, June 21, at Goderich’s Memorial Arena for this spectacular event. We’re crossing our fingers for perfect weather — warm with just the right amount of sunshine. Should the rain decide to join us, we’ll simply take the fun indoors.

While we’re keeping the competition details under wraps, anticipate a series of challenge stations designed to test your skills in everything from problem-solving, brute strength, attention to detail, communication, patience and – of course – teamwork. While no cheating is allowed, a little harmless distraction isn’t off the table.

About the Teams

Teams should have 4 to 6 members, but only 4 can compete in any event. We welcome both Chamber members and non-members! If your team has a majority of Chamber business members, the member rate of $195 applies. Otherwise, it’s $245 per team.

Spectators are welcome! Refreshments will be available from Square Brew, and Harbour Hill Retirement Community will fire up the barbecue — remember to bring cash since cards won’t be an option.
